The purpose of this study was to quantify resveratrol in red wine by HPLC, produced in the city of Cascas, is working with the red wines of the vineyard Danielito because numerous epidemiological studies have shown that moderate wine consumption is associated with a lower incidence cardiovasculares. También disease we must to wine is attributed many beneficial health properties such as antioxidant, anticancer, antispasmodic, activating bile secretion, antibacterial and antihistamine among others. El trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo la determinación de colorantes artificiales, en golosinas de diferentes marcas expendidos en el distrito de Florencia de Mora, provincia de Trujillo Abril–Mayo. Para lo cual se emplearon 50 muestras de golosinas de diferentes marcas, utilizando el método de arata Possetto y Diazotacion de la anilina, después del análisis de los resultados se llegó a la conclusión que el 100 % de los muestras analizadas contienen colorantes artificiales y del tipo azoicos
