The Research "Management Assessment of Internal Control in Budget Execution of the National University of San Martin, period 2014", aims to evaluate the management of Internal Control in Budget Execution of UNSM" investigation by the type, applicative; depending on the level of research is explanatory and exploratory; collection and analysis of data is qualitative and quantitative. La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el control administrativo y la gestión institucional en la Zona Registral N° III-Sede Moyobamba, 2021. La investigación fue aplicada, de diseño no experimental de corte transversal, descriptivo, correlacional. La población fue 50 colaboradores y la muestra 20 colaboradores. Se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta y dos cuestionarios como instrumentos. Resultados: El estado actual del control administrativo es bueno en 55% y la gestión institucional es bueno en 40%; no obstante, existen problemas de programación y cumplimiento de las actividades establecidas; así como también, en la evaluación y seguimiento de los resultados, esto repercute en la efectividad de la gestión institucional.
