The present research seeks to evaluate the feasibility in the production of canned fish for two types of species: Doncella and Boquichico. This idea was born as a result of the acceptance that both species have had in recent years. People, especially those who consume fish frequently, are precisely those who most value the type of meat of fluvial or maritime species, in addition to their nutritional contribution. The Doncella and the Boquichico have managed to delight many of their consumers for their good and the excellent texture of their meats. La presente investigación tuvo como propósito principal demostrar la existencia de mercado para una empresa que brinde la comercialización de vehículos eléctricos de alta gama en Lima Metropolitana. Se estimó el tamaño de dicho mercado y se aplicó una investigación cualitativa a través de entrevistas a expertos y una investigación cuantitativa mediante encuestas. Todo esto, con el objetivo de presentar la idea de negocio; aunado a ello, fue preciso analizar el entorno desde una perspectiva externa e interna para confirmar que efectivamente la empresa puede tener cabida en el sector automotriz peruano. Se presentó el modelo de negocio y diferentes planes funcionales como el de marketing, operaciones, recursos humanos y financiero.
