En este estudio se realizó con el Objetivo: determinar la relación entre caracterización clínico- epidemiológicas y la clasificación dengue en pacientes atendidos en el servicio de emergencia del Hospital Pichanaki, 2024. Metodología: fue descriptivo transversal y no experimental con un enfoque cuantitativo. La muestra fue de 117 pacientes atendidos en el servicio de emergencia del Hospital de Pichanaki durante el año 2024. Se utilizó un muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple y se recolectaron los datos a través de una ficha epidemiológica. Resultados: El 62% de pacientes no presentaron signos de alarma, mientras que el 38% sí los presentó.
