A moral characterization of the School of Medicine as an educational institution responsible of the professional formation of physicians was carried out. As a result, certain flows of the educational process that are not certainly the teaching – learning procedures but depend on an inadequate conceptualization of man’s nature, especially about what the process of the personality in formation is were identified. Therefore, the need to apply an ethical theory and a model of personality moral development oriented towards the moralization of society as the base of a more consequent medical education regarding the health needs of developing countries as ours has come forth.

We propose, in base of the conception of the fact that each human individual is a personality, that the stress must be considered also as a informational process created by natural external conditions to the society and internals, fundamentally economics of the same. Within this conception, there is no mechanical interaction between the environment and a organism, but a double determination between society and the persons. In such a way that the contradictions between the nature and the into society, and the contradictions the interior of these, they are those which determine equally contradictory situations within individual that they modify, in certain cases pathologically, the structure of the personal activity. Pedro Ortiz Cabanillas propone en este libro una nueva visión de la educación como ciencia y tecnología social para la formación de la personalidad. Afirma, además, que solo una neurociencia social puede ser el puente entre la teoría ética y la práctica de la educación. No es un texto de pedagogía ni un texto de psicología, neuropsicología o neurociencia. The theoretical basis for the first two editions of the Deontological Ethics Code of the Peruvian College of Physicians is introduced, in order to show innovations for the last edition. This last version updates the regulations for the deontological tradition of the Peruvian College of Physicans, and systematizes them in three Sections: Ethical Principles of Medicine, Deontological Duties in Medical Practice, and Principles for a Moral Judgement of those who fail to comply the aforementioned principles.

The study develops an explanation of how a person’s activity is organized, in other words, its performance. For this purpose, it will be defined the structure of the nervous system, and explain the differences among anxiety, attention, and expectation, also it will be defined the three ways of organization of epiconscious activity, knew as the organization that allows a person to anticipate to his/her real, concrete and specific social context, in an immediate or mediate way.
