La investigación y desarrollo (I+D) es esencial en la búsqueda de la solución de desafíos globales. In this context, green hydrogen stands out as an emerging and promising option, given its carbon-free production and extensive applicability. However, its academic approach at the Peruvian level is still limited. Therefore, the objective is to analyze the potential of green hydrogen in Peru, considering technical, economic, environmental, and regulatory aspects. This study aims to compare bilingual educational policies and practices in Brazil and Peru, exploring their normative and historical foundations, as well as the attention given to indigenous communities. The importance of analysing socio-educational dynamics in multicultural and multilingual environments is highlighted, along with the promotion of language and traditional integration in educational structures.
