El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de relación existente entre clima organizacional y desempeño laboral en una municipalidad distrital de la provincia de Chiclayo. El estudio es de tipo básico, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental correlacional; la muestra estuvo integrada por 98 colaboradores; se emplearon dos cuestionarios configurados en base a 20 ítems por variable, validados por juicio de expertos, alcanzando una confiabilidad de 0, 911 y 0,841 de Alfa de Cronbach, respectivamente. Los resultados revelan que el 60% de los participantes aprecian clima organizacional en un nivel medio, mientras que el 64% al desempeño laboral; el nivel de significancia encontrado p= 0,000 es menor que α = 0,05. In the present research work was carried out in the neighborhood council of Las Lomas de Trujillo, in June 2014, with the aim of determining the concentration of total protein and albumin in adult volunteers of both sexes. A total of 90 blood plasma samples of adults of both sexes were processed using the colorimetric method of Wiener. In the case of total protein 90% of the study population presented normal levels, of which 71% were female and 29% male; 10% of the population had decreased levels with 6% for women and 4% for males. In the case of 4% albumin were elevated, decreased by 2% and 93% levels in the normal range.
