The research had as problem: Is the predictive model of logistic regression of alcohol consumption in drivers who suffered traffic accidents in the province of Trujillo, in the month of August of 2017 ?, with the objective of determining, the model predictive of logistic regression of alcohol consumption in drivers who suffered traffic accidents in the province of Trujillo. Out of a population of 968 drivers in the city of Trujillo, we only worked with a sample of 928 taking into account exclusion criteria. After having performed the corresponding statistical analysis, it was found that the specificity of the model is 64.8%; the model explains between 0.265 and 0.358 of the dependent variable and correctly classifies 86% of the cases, therefore, the model is accepted. El presente trabajo de investigación esta alineado a las ODS 4, 8 y 1. Se tuvo como objetivo general medir la influencia de los factores de formación profesional que afectan la inserción laboral de los egresados de una universidad pública. Para la investigación se utilizó un diseño correlacional causal con una muestra de 134 egresados del 2023 de una universidad de Trujillo. El instrumento aplicado fue un cuestionario de inserción laboral y factores de formación profesional adaptado del Sistema de Seguimiento del Egresado Universitario de SINEACE. Los resultados mostraron que los factores de formación profesional influyen significativamente en un 93.8% la inserción laboral (p<0.05). A si mismo se halló que el factor de Formación Académica, el factor Networking y el factor habilidades blandas influyen significativamente en la inserción laboral.
