As a part of the political reform promoted by the government of Matín Vizcarra, it was proposed the reform of Parliamentary Immunity, because it is an institutional prerogative criticized. Attending to the popular pressure, in july 2020 the Parliament approved in the first vote the removal of parliamentary immunity of the members of the parliament and other officials. To make effective the removal of parliamentary immunity it requires a second vote, that will take place in 2021. In that way, the purpose of this article is to analyze if the removal of this constitutional guarantee is the best decision for our constitutional democracy.

Dada la especial situación de vulnerabilidad en la que se encuentran los niños, niñas y adolescentes con discapacidad en situación de desprotección familiar, resulta necesario conocer la norma interna que protege a este grupo. En ese sentido, el objetivo general de esta investigación es conocer de qué manera norma interna contribuye en su atención integral. Para esto, en la presente investigación, se empleó una metodología de enfoque cualitativo, de nivel exploratorio; en esta investigación se realizó la revisión de la normativa interna y de informes de instituciones nacionales especializados en la materia, y, posteriormente, se realizó entrevistas a cinco abogados especializados en derechos de los niños y adolescentes y/o derecho de familia. June 27 marks the thirtieth anniversary since the General Conference of the International Labor Organization (ILO) adopted the "Convention 169 on Indigenous and Tribal Peoples in Independent Countries." This multilateral treaty, of which Peru has been a party since 1994, brought with it the state responsibility to adopt specific laws, policies and programs focused on the rights and welfare of indigenous and tribal peoples. Among the scope of the Convention, is the recognition of the right to prior consultation, in this sense, this article provides a critical reflection on its application in Peru.
