Las competencias tecnológicas distintivas se han convertido en un determinante de la competitividad empresarial. Las Redes de Petri (RdP) resultan muy útiles al modelar una sucesión de acciones, sus requerimientos, y las restricciones que puedan presentarse en un procedimiento. El objetivo del trabajo es el modelado y análisis a partir de las redes de flujo de trabajo, derivadas de las RdP clásicas, de un procedimiento para la determinación de competencias tecnológicas distintivas en empresas de manufactura.
