Agroindustrial companies in our country cover a large segment of national economy; however they do not have a model of innovation for the development and design of new agroindustrial products. Therefore this research was proposed in order to develop a model of innovation for the development and design of new agroindustrial products. The results were: only 28% of companies claim that they have an area of research and development of new products and 80% of companies recognize and claim that they are interested in having a model of innovation for the development and design of new agroindustrial products in a maximum degree.
