With the Bourbon reformism Luya Saña and Chachapoyas were bought important for the development of the agriculture of tobacco. Jaén’s government of Bracamoros with the other regions they formed a territorial emerging space that got connected economic and socially to the viceroyalty of the Peru, included James of Chile. The interchange between the regions should have been crucial for the population’s cost-reducing maintenance. The resource that generated bigger quantity of income at the region was the exportation of tobacco which was commercialized at the Kings’s city. Saña’s province acquired Jaén’s tobacco for its commercialization to the kings’s city, Blind Fury also gave resources to Jaén’s province articulating both regions.

The current article tries to put in agenda the role of researchers and University around inventions and patents as product of researching of the teacher-researchers of Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos (UNMSM), trying to convalidate a set of relationships of equity where benefits and compensations will be levered up, that have to be sustained in a properly labor system from researchers that guarantee and satisfies, in one hand, the role of them with a correct distribution, and in the other hand, the continuity and accredittation of the UNMSM as a contribuitor to the country development in the line of inventions and patents.

This current work has the aim of guiding San Marcos University Researchers in all issues regarding industrial copyright which are economy generators and at the same time allowers university quality accreditation and social pertinence.

El Congelamiento Administrativo de Fondos (CAF) es una medida limitativa del derecho de propiedad, que puede aplicar la Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera del Perú (UIF Perú), excepcionalmente, cuando estime, de manera muy preliminar, que determinados activos provienen de o están vinculados a actividades de lavado de activos. An extensive literature review reveals various authors acknowledge skills have an impact on entrepreneurial success. However, a lack of consensus regarding the main skills an entrepreneur needs is apparent. In this study, a contribution is made to the debate with empirical data and analysis, in two steps: by testing mean differences and reducing data with a principal components analysis. A sample of 394 potential entrepreneurs was administered the SAT-ECENT questionnaire, testing four skills: readiness to change, learning capacity, impact on people, and stress tolerance. The questionnaires were administered in Serbia (n = 190) and in Germany (n = 204).
