The purpose of the research is to know what the contributions of the “School Mediation and Leadership Club” (MEL) project are in a private educational institution in Lima from the perceptions of teachers, managers and secondary school students. For this, the present study was based on concepts such asschool peer mediation, social skills and school leadership. Likewise, it is based on a qualitative approach at a descriptive level. The single case study method was used, because the particularity of the project responds to the prevention of bullying and the training of student mediators via virtual (during the pandemic) and in-person (post-pandemic).
