La presente investigación se realizó de acuerdo al contexto actual que estamos viviendo como consecuencia de la Pand|emia y que está afectando la administración de justicia, es por ello el objetivo general es determinar la incidencia de la Modernización de la Administración de Justicia en la Implementación del Expediente Judicial Electrónico COVID-19 en el año 2020. El método empleado fue el hipotético-deductivo, el tipo de investigación fue aplicativo de enfoque cuantitativo; de nivel descriptivo correlacional causal de diseño no experimental.
