El presente trabajo de tesis se desarrolla basándose en una empresa que inició con una necesidad puntual de importar productos para laboratorios, debido a que en ese tiempo había restricciones de las importaciones y en el país no se producían este tipo de productos. Se inició en un estudio de una casa y ahora opera en un local comercial, quedándose un socio fundador y pasando a ser una empresa familiar.
