Determina los factores asociados a las dimensiones de la alfabetización en salud mental de los estudiantes de pregrado de la carrera de Medicina Humana de la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos durante el año 2024. Se realizó un estudio transversal con una muestra de 523 estudiantes. Se utilizó un cuestionario estructurado que evaluó los aspectos sociodemográficos, académicos y las dimensiones de la alfabetización en salud mental. El análisis estadístico incluyó pruebas de Chi-cuadrado, T de Student y modelos de regresión lineal multivariada, utilizando un nivel de significancia de p < 0,05. De un total de 464 participantes, la mediana de edad fue de 22 años, siendo la mayoría del sexo masculino (50,87%) y soltero(a) (96,98%). Objetivo: describir la disponibilidad de los cirujanos cardiovasculares pediátricos e identificar los factores que influyen en la situación de la certificación de esta subespecialidad en el Perú.Materiales y métodos: estudio transversal y descriptivo. Se realizó un muestreo por bola de nieve discriminatorio exponencial partiendo de los cirujanos cardiovasculares pediátricos que trabajan en el Instituto Nacional Cardiovascular hacia abril, 2019. Se solicitó su participación y posteriormente se aplicaron encuestas virtuales. Los datos recolectados de las preguntas cerradas se procesaron con estadísticos descriptivos y los de las preguntas abiertas, en base a su sistematización, orden y relación, obteniéndose así las conclusiones. A discriminating exponential snowball sampling procedure was performed in pediatric cardiovascular surgeons working in the Peruvian National Cardiovascular Institute. This was carried out in April 2019. Their participation was requested and virtual surveys were carried out. Data collected from closed questions were processed using descriptive statistics. Objective: To determine the association between depression, anxiety, and stress according to sociodemographic and occupational factors in Peruvian health professionals during the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic. Methods: Cross-sectional analytical and multicentre study, based on a virtual survey sent to Peruvian health personnel (from the 25 Peruvian regions) working during the COVID-19 pandemic. The three dependent variables (depression, anxiety, and stress) were measured with the Depression, Anxiety, and Stress Scale -21 (DASS-21) (Cronbach’s Alpha: 0.93) and compared with sociodemographic and occupational variables.
