ABSTRACT The research study, of a pre-experimental type, was carried out in the Support Group of the San Crispín Community Mental Health Center, El Porvenir 2018, with the purpose of determining the effectiveness of an educational program "Sowing my Future" at the level of knowledge about violence. The sample consisted of 20 adult women. For the collection of data, two instruments were applied, the educational program "Sembrando mi Futuro" and the level of knowledge about violence (NCSV). The data collected were processed in SPSS Statistics 25 and analyzed by means of the statistical approval "t de Student".
