El presente estudio parte de la necesidad de implementar una serie de conceptos los cuales aporten al docente, desarrollar una cultura de competencia y rendimiento físico con la finalidad de mermar o disminuir la ausencia de competencia motriz en los estudiantes de primaria ya que es fundamental desarrollar la competencia motriz, ya que, debido al sedentarismo propio de una sociedad tecnocrática, al niño se le aparta de su medio ambiente natural y se lo confina a un cuarto oscuro frente a un ordenador, es por ello que este estudio para nosotros tiene relevancia, con la finalidad de mitigar los efectos del sedentarismo producido por el uso y abuso de las redes sociales y las consecuencias negativas en el desarrollo físico del individuo.
