The criollismo of Palma is cultural, therefore it is imaginary in us; this criollismo is a new story, which has antecedents in Pardo and Segura, but very different in its creativity and stylistic richness and which is at the same time ‘expression of a popular mestizo soul’, in which stands our human comedy with its thousand characters, “lacks truth and efficacy for social change, a change that in Traditions has a different meaning that allows us to imagine a” we “capable of denying and affirming, preserving and forgetting; to imagine their protagonism with the sense of thinking, as the exercise of a critical activity or to transform the destructive characteristic of the activity of thinking in results that are positive and profitable, generating states of perplexity.

The essay aims to show the social and cultural reality of Peruvian society in the historical context, in which the loss of horizon, the consequences of the dialectical contradictions of our ideologies of the past and that is still repeated in our ‘public scene’, which We still have a way lost in the triggers, a clear example of this is that we have a society that bifurcates to carry out a project of the Republic. What is intended in this analysis is to sustain some possible solutions to our problems, that for the lost time it would seem that we should invent and create ex nihilo, to find a place to which we should go and gather all the forms of Peruvianness, from that all stories can be told and all forms of life shared, as if they were the folds and threads of a great fabric in which all attend not to wield their truths, loyalties and cultural beliefs, but to liberate their differen...

On the much-needed reform of the State little to almost nothing it has been done, as we pretend to show in this academic article. In this essay emphasis is not only to highlight the unnecessary and persistent polarization that continues reducing the possibilities and prospects of any step taken towards political reform and administrative modernization of the State: They are the orphanages in which are both theory political and constitutional they found locked in trivial matters and so continue until not authentically initiate a public debate on the future of the Peruvian republic, and also that this thematic approach is not reduced to the elites of intellectuals and politicians. Urge have a modern and efficient state, and thus, at least, trying to overcome the problems of regionalization and decentralization of power and the administration of the public good'; particularly to overcome th...

I maintain that the extinction of our republic is taking place, and that the problem we will have in the world that is coming will be that of the definitive death of the promise of Peruvian life of which Basadre spoke to us; extinction that seems to have been destined for its fulfillment in the XXII century if we continue to be a republic accustomed to losing ourselves daily in the evils of corruption and authoritarianism, of illegality and misgovernment, of cultural backwardness and social marginality, of anomie and transient rebellion, ignorance and mediocrity, as if it only existed to withstand defeats and failures, ridicule and ridicule, easy promises and repeated deceptions, and would have been founded for the inevitable loss of opportunities that its future offers.

Peru is now in the middle of a constitutional crisis that must be resolved through a constitutional process of reforms or amendments to the political regime, the use of natural resources, and the distribution of power among the different government agencies throughout our territory. This crisis has been caused by the continuous confrontation between the President and the Congress since 2016. Such clash has been aggravated by the judgments rendered by the Constitutional Court which ratified as constitutional the arbitrary the “factual denial” to the non-vote of confidence that led to the dissolution of Congress. The current Administration is attempting to leverage upon this precedent to impose a Marxist-Leninist socialist regime to replace the republican system that has been in place for 200 years.
