Este estudio tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la relación entre los estilos de vida, el índice glucosa-triglicéridos (IGT), el índice de masa corporal (IMC) y el riesgo cardiovascular (RCV) en adultos atendidos en un centro de salud. Se llevó a cabo un estudio cuantitativo, no experimental y transversal, utilizando una muestra de adultos de ambos sexos. Las variables incluidas fueron el estilo de vida, evaluado mediante el cuestionario FANTASTIC, el IGT, calculado a partir de glucosa y triglicéridos séricos, el IMC y el RCV. Los resultados mostraron una relación inversa significativa entre los estilos de vida saludables y el IGT (Rho = -0.481, p < 0.001), así como con el RCV (Rho = -0.650, p < 0.001).
