The aim of this study was to determine the gonadosomatic (IGS) and hepatosomatic (IHS) indices in relation to the gonadal maturation and moult stages of the Cryphiops caementarius shrimp from the Pativilca River (Peru). A total of 143 male shrimp (4.07-11.70 cm of total length) and 97 females (1.75-8.02 cm of total length) were used. The shrimp were weighed, measured and the molting state was determined. The hepatopancreas and gonads were removed by dissection, weighed and the ovarian stages determined. During the maturation of the ovary, the IGS increased from 0.97 to 5.01% and the IHS decreased from 5.37 to 4.44%. In mature and non-ovulating females in post-moulting A, the highest IGS was 8.28% and the lowest IHS was 1.72%. Las fracturas de la raíz también llamadas intra alveolares radiculares, son aquellas que afectan a la dentina, al cemento y lapulpa, se caracterizan por presentar patrones complejos de curación, debido al deterioro de la pulpa, el ligamento periodontal,la dentina y el cemento. La mayoría de estas fracturas se producen por un golpe directo contra el suelo, un cuerpo extrañoque incida sobre el diente o accidentes automovilísticos y deportivos. En el presente artículo se describe el tratamiento yseguimiento a 2 años 4 meses del caso de una niña de 10 años de edad que después de un traumatismo fue sometida a untratamiento no adecuado, que le causaba mucho dolor, radiográficamente se observó la ausencia del tercio apical en el diente21 y una movilidad grado III del mismo. Se modificó el tratamiento prolongando la vida del diente en boca.

OBJECTIVE: To determine the characteristics of sexuality in women over 39 years in a region of the Peruvian jungle. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Survey of 25 questions on sexuality, with multiple, anonymous and voluntary 145 women> 40 years specific alternatives. RESULTS: One hundred twenty women adequately resolved the survey. 18.3% were menopausal; 45.8% two years ago did not enjoy sex with your partner, which correlated with age> 60. OBJETIVO: Detectar la presencia de Helicobater pylori en sarro dentario de pacientes con gastritis del Hospital Angamos ESSALUD diagnosticados por biopsia. MATERIAL Y MÉTODOS: tipo de estudio: Observacional analítico. Población; 115 pacientes programados para endoscopia del servicio de gastroenterología de dicho hospital. Purpose: We present a physician survey of the impact of 21-gene Breast Recurrence Score test results on treatment decisions in clinical practice in Latin America.Methods: This prospective survey enrolled consecutive patients at 14 sites in Argentina, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru who had routine 21-gene testing. Physician surveys captured patient and tumor characteristics and treatment decisions before and after 21-gene test results. The survey spanned the period before and after Trial Assigning Individualized Options for Treatment (TAILORx) results reported (June 2018). Overall net percent change in adjuvant chemotherapy recommendations was estimated, and asymptotic 95% CIs with continuity correction were calculated.
