La presente investigación tiene como objetivo principal proponer una mejora en el nivel de alfabetización digital de los trabajadores del área de contabilidad y tributación de la Municipalidad Provincial de Tacna 2022 mediante la aplicación de la metodología Kaizen. La cual tiene un enfoque cualitativo, la población estuvo constituida por 33 colaboradores, al tratarse de una población manejable no se utilizó una muestra, la investigación corresponde al tipo aplicada, nivel explicativo corte transversal y diseño no experimental, la técnica empleada para recolectar información fue la encuesta y el instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario.
