Esta investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación existente entre la gestión pública y la calidad de servicio en una municipalidad provincial de Ica, 2022. La metodología de estudio tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básica, diseño no experimental y nivel correlacional. La población estuvo constituida por los usuarios de la municipalidad provincial de Ica. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 384 personas de la población señalada. La técnica de recolección de datos empleada fue la encuesta y el instrumento utilizado fue la encuesta. Los resultados descriptivos señalan que el 76.8% de los usuarios tiene niveles bajos en tanto a gestión administrativa como calidad de servicio.
