El objetivo del trabajo es presentar el resultado de las diferentes actividades dentro de un plan de comunicación realizado para lograr la licencia social de la Comunidad Campesina María Magdalena de Ravira, a través de la firma del Convenio de Constitución de Servidumbre, necesario para la ejecución del proyecto de la Central Hidroeléctrica Chancay en la parte alta del distrito de Pacaraos (provincia de Huaral, Lima). De esta forma, se detalla cómo se realizaban las relaciones comunitarias inicialmente y cómo mejoraron luego de haber identificado algunas deficiencias en la gestión de relaciones comunitarias. El objetivo principal de esta investigación es abordar la restricción normativa en Perú que impide la integración de bienes muebles registrables como aporte societario en las Sociedades por Acciones Cerradas Simplificadas (SACS) durante su constitución. Se busca determinar la lógica detrás de esta restricción y proponer modificaciones al Decreto Legislativo N° 1409 para fomentar una mayor equidad, flexibilidad y eficiencia en la gestión de estas sociedades. La investigación utiliza un enfoque cualitativo y normativo, empleando entrevistas a expertos en derecho corporativo y registral, así como a empresarios que han enfrentado estas limitaciones. In order to determine the feasibility of the project, four relevant criteria were taken into account: market, location, technology and finance. Regarding the market, the demand that was calculated for the first year of the project was 1,261,753 bottles of 625 ml alkaline water (equivalent to 84,116 packs of 15 bottles of 625 ml) at a unit price of S /. 1.60. This price is offered to wholesale distributors, who will then do their own management to sell the product to final consumers. The suggested retail price for the consumer is S / 2.00. For the location, several factors were taken into account in the selection such as availability of raw material, proximity to the target market, availability of workforce, availability of land and transport systems. In a broad sense, Rickettsiae are a group of microorganisms that can be transmitted mechanically or biologically to animals and humans. Rickettsioses are associated with hematic manifestations. Its prevalence in humans, dogs and other animals has been widely explored, but not in equine species. To determine the prevalence of Rickettsia infection in horses. A systematic review of the literature was carried out in five databases for the proportion of horses infected with Rickettsia, defined by molecular and immunological techniques. A meta-analysis was performed using a random-effects model to calculate the pooled prevalence and 95% confidence intervals (CI). The Cochran's Q test and the I2 statistic were used to assess the between-study-heterogeneity.
