Kantian public sphere can be understood as the ambit of regulation of interpersonal relationships consecuences that affect third parties that were not involved in the initial relationship. That is the ground where State should intervene. This is considered by John Dewey. On the other hand, in the case of Hannah Arendt’s thought, the public sphere is understood as the space where deliberación about public affairs happens. In both cases, there is a verification of the disappearance of the public. Public sphere seems to be invaded by instrumental rationality that convert governmental decisions in economic and technical affairs. In the face of this diagnosis of the disappearance of politics, authors as Jürgen Habemas and Rainer Forst allow us to understand that a democratic State should ensure the fulfillmnet of democratic procedures and the justifications before the autonomous subjects....
