El presente trabajo fue realizado con la finalidad de mejorar el nivel insatisfactorio del área de comunicación, de los estudiantes del nivel primario, para lo cual se realizó un diagnóstico minucioso sobre la problemática identificada: niveles insatisfactorios de aprendizaje en el área de comunicación. Las causas se han investigado a través de técnicas e instrumentos de recojo de información como: entrevistas y análisis de diversos documentos de la Institución educativa, entre ellos las actas de los años 2014, 2015, 2016; los resultados de los exámenes censales a nivel nacional y provincial. De una población de siete docentes del nivel primaria, se focalizó una muestra de cinco para la entrevista.
