En la presente investigación se planteó como objetivo principal incrementar la carga microbiana de Rhizobium en un sistema de fermentación por lote, con el carbohidrato más apropiado y con agitación magnética, el cual fue realizado en el laboratorio de Rhizobiología del Programa de Investigación en Pastos y Ganadería de la Facultad de Ciencias Agrarias - UNSCH, a 2750 m.s.n.m.
