La investigación titulada Estilos educativos parentales y su relación con las habilidades sociales en niños y niñas de 5 años de la Institución Educativa Nº 317 – Montecarmelo, Segunda Jerusalén, 2017; ha tenido por objetivo conocer la relación entre los estilos educativos parentales y las habilidades sociales en niños y niñas de 5 años de la Institución Educativa Nº 317 – Montecarmelo, Segunda Jerusalén, 2017. El tipo de investigación que caracteriza a este estudio es básico, de diseño no experimental, transeccional correlacional. La muestra estuvo constituida por 35 padres de los niños y niñas estudiantes. Se utilizaron dos instrumentos, la escala de estilos educativos parentales y la escala de habilidades sociales.
