La presente investigación tiene como titulo Gestión Educativa y Aprendizaje Organizacional en docentes de una Institución Educativa Pública de Guadalupe, La Libertad, 2025, el cual su objetivo fue determinar la relación entre Gestión Educativa y Aprendizaje Organizacional en docentes de una Institución Educativa Pública de Guadalupe, La Libertad, 2025, cumpliendo con la ODS 4 que ayuda a mantener una educación de calidad y promover oportunidades de aprendizaje.
