                  In this work, we seek to propose solutions and recommendations about the impact generated by the dimensions that influence staff turnover in the telecommunications company. Based on research tools, such as the employee survey, in-depth interviews with heads of the Customer Service Center, the results show a highly contrasted opinions regarding the hierarchical level of the respondents.
