The research has as main objective to determine the relationship between executive leadership and teaching performance at the Language Center of Jorge Basadre Grohmann National University – Tacna, 2019; where the research type is pure or basic, the level is correlational, and the design used is non-experimental, with a sample constituted by 50 teachers, where the technique is the survey, and the instrument is the questionnaire, on the other hand the approach is quantitative. La investigación tiene como objetivo principal el determinar la relación entre el liderazgo directivo y el desempeño docente en el Centro de Idiomas de la Universidad Nacional Jorge Basadre Grohmann - Tacna, 2019; donde el tipo investigativo es el puro o básico, el nivel es correlacional, el diseño usado es el no experimental, la muestra es de 50 docentes, donde la técnica de campo es la encuesta, el instrumento es el cuestionario, y el enfoque es el cuantitativo.
