La investigación titulada: “Gestión remunerativa y satisfacción laboral en trabajadores administrativos de la Unidad Ejecutora 400 Salud Bajo Mayo, 2021”; tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación que existe entre la gestión remunerativa y la satisfacción laboral de los trabajadores administrativos de la Unidad Ejecutora 400 Salud Bajo Mayo, 2021.
