Esta investigación buscó relacionar Cultura organizacional y clima laboral en la Unidad Educativa Enrique Gil Gilbert, Guayaquil 2019, bajo la metodología cuantitativa y el diseño descriptivo correlacional. Aplicó como técnica la encuesta y como instrumento dos cuestionarios conformados por 18 ítems, validados por tres expertos y sometidos a pruebas de confiabilidad obteniendo coeficientes Alfa de Cronbach de 0,783 y 0,817 por cada variable. Se aplicaron las dos encuestas a 30 docentes, seleccionados mediante un muestreo probabilístico estratificado. The pandemic caused by COVID-19, which has been affecting humanity since March 2020, has forced universities to suspend the development of academic activities within their facilities as a measure to prevent the contagion and spread of the virus. Under these circumstances, the possibility of adapting teaching systems through virtual learning environments (VLE) arose. For this to be successful, the necessary technological resources must be available, and universities, teachers and students must be equipped with the necessary equipment.

Nowadays, private universities of our country are being questioned because of the lack of knowledge production as a result of scarce scientific research works, and this is due to various factors, such as: low budget for this purpose, specialized laboratories without the necessary equipment, bibliographic information not current, untrained professors in science and technology, professors who teach investigation without the research training, no communication with society to identify lacks and needs, among others. With the intention of solving this problem, in this research a model of knowledge management is proposed for research in private universities in Huánuco Region, to allow analyzing the processes of creation and transfer of knowledge, then, determine the key factors of success; promoting interdependence between the intellectual capital and knowledge management process.

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused several alterations in the rhythm of life of the world population: confinement, changes in family dynamics, restrictions, closure of schools, parks, recreation centers, suspension of sports and workshops; changes that led to a significant reduction in physical activity of children, which is considered a key component for optimal physical and healthy development of the body. This situation increases the sedentary lifestyle and, thus, the risk of developing metabolic and systemic problems due to the lack of movement.

Objective. To measure the variation in the indicators of metabolic syndrome and body weight as risk factors of COVID-19, with the application ofstructured low-calorie diets in workers at Universidad de Huánuco. Methods. Quantitative approach, application scope, quasi-experimental designwith a single study group and two measurements, to measure the change in the values of the risk factors of metabolic syndrome. Population: With a population of about 500 workers at Universidad de Huánuco, between 20 and 60 years, the sample was composed of 29 workers with overweight and metabolic syndrome. Results.
