The present study examined the labour problems of a freight transport company in general and its individual performance in its operational areas, which are where workers develop the key functions of the company. The diagnosis of individual employee performance was relevant, as the performance of each employee during the working day must be adapted to the needs and requirements of the company. The overall objective was to determine whether there were significant differences in individual employment performance of operational employees of Transportes Libertad S.A.C. in Arequipa, using sociolaboral variables. A research hypothesis was developed that sociolaboral variables significantly affect the work performance of operational employees of Transport Libertad S.A.C in Arequipa.
