Se evaluó el efecto del uso de leche de alpaca sobre los atributos fisicoquímicos, composición, microbiológico y sensorial del yogur batido artesanal con diferente formulación de leche de alpaca y vaca. La metodología de proceso pasteurizado para obtener siete formulaciones de yogurt con leche de alpaca, fueron sometidos al análisis fisicoquímico, composición, microbiológico y de calidad sensorial con resultados siguientes: La calidad fisicoquímica del yogurt elaborado con proporciones distintas de leche de alpaca resulto favorable para la estabilidad del yogurt, denotando también una mayor riqueza de solidos totales en su periodo de vida útil de consumo. The objective of the investigation was to determine the levels of Total Nitrogen (NT) and Total Phosphorus (PT) of the contaminated waters of the inland bay of the city of Puno, of the sector called Espinar Island, And evaluate the efficiency of two macrophytes, such as Elodea Canadensis Michax (llacho) and Myriophyllum quitensis Kunth (fennel) for the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus.
