This research has the overall objective to determine the levels of environmental pollution in the hydroelectric plant of Mary Jiray influencing the deterioration of the environment in 2005, and has been conducted to identify and assess the various environmental impacts that are generated in hydroelectric power projects that affect environmental degradation and thus issuing policies to reduce and eliminate pollution generated in the production of electricity from water resources. For this research monitoring of liquid effluents were made both in the loading chamber and the discharge channel. La presente investigación, tuvo por objetivo medir la influencia de las normas socio laborales sobre el empleo formal en el ámbito de la Intendencia Regional SUNAFIL La Libertad, 2017, la metodología empleada fue cuantitativa, transversal no experimental de diseño correlacional. La muestra estuvo compuesta de 366 empresas de todas las formas. Como instrumento se utilizó el cuestionario las normas sociolaborales, de seguridad y salud en el trabajo y el cuestionario de empleo formal, dicha información fue procesada a través del Software de Estadística para Ciencias Sociales V24. Los resultados nos permiten concluir: El nivel de aplicación de las normas socio laborales, de seguridad y salud en el trabajo predomino las categorías deficiente y regular (78.2%), y un 21.9% (80 participantes) obtienen un nivel bueno.
