The first Peruvian cases of myocarditis and digestive megaformaciones in patients with Chagas' disease is presented. The diagnosis was established by the reaction of complement fixation test and xenodiagnosis. The authors conducted extensive clinical study and highlight the cardiac and gastrointestinal findings.
