Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between service quality and business’ productivity of receptive tourism travel agencies in Miraflores (Lima, Peru), during the period of 2019. Method: The research was applied and empirical, has a non-experimental cross-sectional correlation, with a quantitative approach. The sample was made up of 50 tourist service providers from different travel agencies located in Miraflores district. Results: The results of the research show a strong and positive association of variables and dimensions. From a total of 50 tourist providers; 23 of the surveyed, which represents a 46%, stated the existence of a very good relationship between the variables of service quality and business’ productivity. Busca precisar la vinculación entre la calidad total de servicios y la productividad empresarial. En el marco filosófico se analiza en detalle las variables; independiente como la variable dependiente; desarrollando una metodología aplicada y empírica las cuales llevarán a poner en prueba dos hipótesis. El enfoque es cuantitativo y se realizó un sondeo a 50 profesionales del sector turismo receptivo del distrito de Miraflores. Se procedió a realizar “el análisis, interpretación y la discusión de los resultados, además de, la prueba de hipótesis y se concluye con la presentación de resultados” (Huayta, 2021, p.79), que evidencia la existencia de correlación entre la calidad total de servicios y sus dimensiones (enfoque al cliente y mejora continua) y la productividad empresarial, lo que nos permite mejorar la competitividad de las agencias de viajes.
