El presente trabajo de investigación sobre el impacto de la inversión pública en el crecimiento económico de las regiones del Perú en los periodos 2001 – 2013, tiene como objetivo principal en analizar el impacto de la inversión pública en el crecimiento económico de las regiones del Perú. Utilizando la metodología de datos de panel dinámico desarrollado por Arellano y Bond; en los datos del Banco de Proyectos y de Transparencia Económica, considerando que la inversión pública se aproxima mediante la ejecución del gasto público en Proyectos de Inversión Pública, las mismas, que se desagregaron en cuatro sectores: social, productivo, infraestructura y otros. En la actualidad la calidad del servicio de salud hospitalario se ha convertido en un reto ineludible, en particular para las instituciones públicas. Para implementar un sistema de calidad hospitalario, que no es una tarea sencilla, se requiere una línea de base inicial que permita conocer como se viene atendiendo las necesidades y preferencias de los pacientes. En este sentido, el objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la calidad de servicio que brinda el hospital Carlos Monge Medrano de la ciudad de Juliaca desde la percepción de los usuarios.
