La Cultura y la Asociatividad empresarial representan temas de gran utilidad para el sector MYPES, actualmente son herramientas alternas que pueden contribuir a su crecimiento y solventar sucesos externos que contraigan su actividad. En ese sentido, el objetivo de la investigación fue determinar cómo es la relación entre la cultura y el proceso de asociatividad de la MYPES de fabricación de productos textiles de la ciudad de Tacna, Perú 2021, se tuvo en cuenta que el rubro textil comprende gran participación de MYPES en la localidad.
