Las habilidades investigativas tienen un impacto en la realización de la vida de todo profesional, y por lo tanto en el desempeño docente. La presente investigación tuvo como propósito establecer la relación que existe entre las habilidades investigativas y el desempeño de los docentes del área Ciencia, Tecnología y Ambiente de las instituciones educativas rurales, Ica-2016. Faced with Covid-19, and the need to adapt to environments that guarantee continuity of educational service in the context of social distancing, many universities did not initially plan the mechanisms for adapting to the virtual modality adequately.
