La tesis aquí presentada se propuso a determinar la relación entre la gestión directiva y el clima institucional en docentes de la Facultad de Educación de una universidad pública en Ayacucho, 2022. La metodología de este trabajo fue de tipo aplicado, de enfoque cuantitativo, de método hipotético deductivo y de diseño no experimental correlacional transversal, en el cual el tamaño de la población fue de 63 docentes universitarios y con muestreo probabilístico simple se estipuló la muestra de 55 docentes, a quienes se les envió a sus correos electrónicos dos cuestionarios mediante Google Forms.
