The objective of this research work is to use pineapple leaves in stubble to make tissues; thus avoiding the inadequate management of final disposal of agricultural residues of pineapple production. The leaves of the pineapple plants that remain in the agricultural fields after the harvest of the fruit, we can give them other uses, since many times they are incinerated, generating polluting gases. The methodology consisted in leaving only the fibers of the leaf removing the non-fibrous substances by empirical methods in manual form, the drying was carried out and later the knitting was done with sticks of pineapple leaves of three varieties: Golden, Hawaiana and variety. As a procedure, the pineapple leaves fibers were extracted manually and the knitting was done with hand-made instruments. El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo comparar la calidad de los tejidos textiles obtenidos de residuos de hojas de piña (Ananas comosus), de las variedades de Golden, Hawaiana del Distrito de Rio Negro, Provincia Satipo y la variedad de Samba del Distrito de Perene, Provincia Chanchamayo de la Región Junín. El procedimiento se inició con la extracción de la fibra textil de las hojas de piña mediante el proceso de raspado, después de ello se lava la fibra textil con abundante agua y se pone a secar durante cuatro horas, seguidamente se utiliza la herramienta milenaria (la rueca) para formar un hilo continuo del mismo grosor y luego se procedió a elaborar tejido textil plano.
