The fashion industry in Peru generates considerable income for the country’s economy each year. The COVID-19 pandemic caused an increase of e-commerce in the last three years. For this reason, the purpose of this article is to identify the legal framework under which the rights of fashion consumers are protected within electronic commerce. For this, the international treaties, laws and others will be addressed; the rights of fashion consumers in online shopping; and the most important challenges that virtual fashion stores have, as well as what to do to overcome them, in order to generate greater confidence in fashion consumers.

Explica por qué la ausencia de la evaluación previa a las concentraciones empresariales en el Perú contraviene al principio de libre competencia desde la economía social de mercado. Para dicho efecto, se ha tomado en cuenta los aspectos propios de la economía social de mercado, ya que -en ocasiones— se han contravenido sus conceptos con los de concentración empresarial. Precisamente, debido a este tipo de confusiones por desconocimiento de lo que significa el régimen de economía social de mercado, se enfoca el tema desde dicha perspectiva. Más aún, con la vigencia de la Ley N.° 31112, lo cual conlleva a preguntarnos si hay motivos justificados para su promulgación.
