In the projects of multi-family buildings executed by SMEs, the majority have been affected by considerable delays, which are mainly due to the lack of communication, coordination between the interested parties and deficient planning, lack of monitoring and control constant in work. For example, these causes can be unsolicited RFIs in the period of observations and delayed approvals, reprocessing of nonconformities, among others. Therefore, a guide was proposed to reduce execution times in multi-family projects executed by SMEs in which BIM 4D and Lean Construction are implemented.
