The research was developed under a quantitative approach. Being the city of Iquitos, the city selected for the study. This includes the districts: Iquitos, Belén, San Juan and Punchana, with a population of 310,630 people. The objective of the study was to determine the relationship between the perception of urban cycling and sustainable development in the city of Iquitos. For this, the road users (pedestrian, cyclist, bus driver, motorcycle driver, and motorcycle driver) were characterized. The instrument for obtaining the information was determined by surveys, interviews and existing documentary analysis. The validity and reliability of the instruments was worked with the Delphi method (Expert Judgment) with a value of 100% and with a Cronbach's alpha of value (0.89).
