The popularity of massively multiplayer online games such as Minecraft and Roblox has aroused the attention of teachers and educational researchers in the past decade. The purpose of this paper is to provide preliminary classroom experience using Roblox in game-based learning activities through action research. Convenience and quota sampling were used, intervening in four groups from different educational levels: 1 secondary, 1 high school, and 2 colleges. This paper describes the first documentation exercise for revitalizing the K’anjob’al language through the production of bilingual material (indigenous language-Spanish) in a community of high linguistic vitality in the municipality of La Trinitaria Chiapas (Mexico). The production of this material promoted literacy practices, understood as social practices in which reading and writing are used for specific objectives and purposes, in a context where such practices are limited or non-existent. Mexico is a country with a broad linguistic and cultural diversity. Certainly this is due to their number of languages, their sociocultural groups, and their dialectal variation. All of these characteristics show certain degree of language shift. However, every language needs to begin taking different actions (at the political, institutional, methodological level) for reversing language shift. El presente trabajo resulta de una alta frecuencia de recién nacidos prematuros observados en las área de neonatología y cuidados intensivos neonatales del Hospital Regional Docente de Cajamarca, siendo la enterocolitis necrotizante ECN una de las patología más catastrófica y letales que pueden afectarlos, por lo cual considero que es necesario su estudio e identificación de los principales factores de riesgo asociados y conocer la terapéutica adecuada. Las conclusiones de esta investigación permitirán ayudar a prevenir la morbimortalidad de los neonatos prematuros con enterocolitis necrotizante en el Hospital Regional de Cajamarca.

El liderazgo es un factor multidimensional que sirve como elemento de apoyo en las organizaciones para asegurar un óptimo desempeño. El objetivo de la presente investigación fue identificar la relación entre el liderazgo y desempeño laboral mediante una revisión aplicada, en el que se analizaron diez artículos científicos que correlacionaron las variables antes mencionadas. Asimismo, se trabajó con los lineamientos de la guía PRISMA, tomando en cuenta criterios de inclusión, exclusión y estrategias de búsqueda con la utilización de sus respectivos operadores booleanos. Las bases de datos consultadas fueron Scopus, Apa Psycnet, Web Of Science, Proquest, Springer Link.
