Objetivo: Comparar la resistencia a la fuerza compresiva del yeso tipo IV de uso odontológico utilizando agua en diferentes concentraciones de pH. Método: El estudio fue experimental, transversal, cuantitativo y prospectivo. Se tuvo un tamaño de muestra de 45, dividido en 5 grupos de 9 muestras cilíndricas de 40 ±0.4 mm x 20 ±0.2 mm según la norma ISO 6873:2013. La resistencia compresiva se midió mediante un equipo de ensayos mecánicos. Se utilizó la prueba de análisis Kruskal Wallis para el análisis estadístico de pruebas no paramétricas. In the world, at the Latin American level, Peru ranks fifth with 1,082,907 confirmed cases, presenting a fatality rate of 3.63%.
