The objective of this study was aimed at identifying how the services provided by the tax administration are perceived, taking into account the orientation, electronic notifications and the declaration and payment processes within the administration and administrator relations, for them a study of Quantitative approach of a cross-sectional descriptive type and with a non-experimental design, considering accounting professionals who made use of SUNAT services in the last 24 months as the study population, for which a Likert-type questionnaire was applied with a reliability of Cronbach's alpha of 0.951, within the main results it is identified that the participating professionals consider in 52% that they are satisfied with the tax orientation services, that 45% consider themselves satisfied with the electronic notification service, being this aspect the lowest with a fair rating, while Fo...
