It is a quantitative study, with the purpose of evaluating the use of medicinal plants and the level of satisfaction in homes, of a descriptive, analytical and transversal type. The population is the consumers of products in the Amazonia Herbal Market of Pasaje Paquito, with an average of 66 daily buyers and from which the sample of 45 daily buyers was determined. The basic instrument was a structured survey with a Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.781.
